Debi Gerstel is the Chief of Staff of the Cleantech practice at PwC. As a senior-level advisor, she drives strategy around the firm's renewable energy finance, utilities of the future, smart infrastructure, and core cleantech initiatives. She has been a contributing author to a variety of industry publications and manages the firm's quarterly Cleantech MoneyTreeTM Report, which monitors venture capital activity in the industry, as well as its successor, the firm's US Cleantech Investments and Insights report, which analyzes corporate as well as project funding investment trends.

Debi has 10 years of experience working in the cleantech and sustainability industry. Prior to that, she spent 15 years in the technology industry. Debi holds a BS in Applied Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business.
