Prior to joining Flex. Mr. Graybeal served as the head of business development at lntevac, where he led the company's global sales team In the successful proliferation of disruptive solar cell manufacturing technologies in Europe and China. Prior to that, he was head of the Americas region for Oerllkon Solar where he was instrumental in helping to shape early solar policy development in Latin America and led global technical support, service operations and global strategic accounts at Veeco Instruments. Previously. he spent several years in positions of increasing responsibility at Applied Materials and General Electric.

Mr. Graybeal earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Following graduation from the University of California, San Diego, he served in the United States Novy as a nuclear submarine officer.
