Mr. Stephen O'Rourke serves as the Chief of Staff and Chief Strategy Officer of SunEdison, Inc. Mr. O'Rourke had been the Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of MEMC Electronic Materials Inc. since October 2010. Mr. O'Rourke was the Director of Equity Research at Deutsche Bank Securies. He served as the Senior Research Analyst at US BanCorp. Piper Jaffray. He was the Vice President and Senior Research Analyst at C.E. Unterberg, Towbin. He served as Senior Analyst at Robertson Stephens in San Francisco. Additionally, after leaving the Navy in 1991, Mr. O'Rourke spent eight years at Applied Materials in Santa Clara, Calif., holding various positions. He then spent two years at Everdream Corporation, an IT Services start-up company. Mr. O'Rourke graduated from U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, and did graduate work in Nuclear Engineering at the Naval Nuclear Power School in Orlando, Florida.
