Radford Small is Chief Operating Officer of the Clean Technology and Renewables group within the Investment Banking Division, where he is responsible for managing client relationships and executing transactions in the alternative energy and power sectors. He joined Goldman Sachs in 1998 and has specialized in the energy sector for over 14 years. Radford was named managing director in 2006.
Prior to joining the firm, Radford was a tax attorney at Coudert Brothers in New York.
Radford earned a BA in Economics from the University of California, a JD from Loyola Law School and an LLM in Taxation from NYU School of Law.
