Lawson (Stan) Lee, P.E.

Mr. Lee retired from Federal Service in June 2012 as the Energy Division Chief for Huntsville Center, but has recently returned to his organization to work a special assignment with the Army’s Commercial Utilities Program.  Mr.  Lee was the initiator and primary architect of the $7B Power Purchase Agreement Multiple Award Task Order Contract (PPA MATOC) that was issued on August 7, 2012.  Mr. Lee’s career with the Army Corps of Engineers and Naval Facilities Engineering Command spans 32 years encompassing management of Army-wide programs and large dollar value contract acquisitions.
